The Little House Preparatory School is a family-owned and operated preschool and childcare center.  We have provided quality childcare to many families in Churchville and Bel Air, Maryland, and the surrounding areas for over a decade.  We are a small childcare center that makes large footprints in our community by providing children with a quality early learning program and parents with the desired peace of mind. 
Our professional staff takes a special interest in every single child and family.  We celebrate and value every culture and home life.  At The Little House, we leverage the small, formative early learning window to build a strong foundation.  Don’t just take our word for it.

Infants & Toddlers

Our primary goals for our infant and toddler programs are to provide a loving, nurturing environment that supports infant growth and development and to promote fine motor, gross motor, language, social, and emotional skills. We hope to develop a partnership with parents that serves in the best interest of the children.

Young Preschoolers

Our Young Preschooler program offers a balanced, developmentally appropriate experience that supports whole-child growth through purposeful, play-based activities, helping children build social, emotional, language, and cognitive skills as they explore and make sense of the world.

Our Accelerated Pre-K program provides a warm, engaging, print-rich learning environment where children build friendships, strengthen early literacy and thinking skills, and develop a lifelong love of learning through purposeful, age-appropriate activities that prepare them for kindergarten.
